The basics
Is anything posted without me?
No. Every reply, post and change waits for your yes on WhatsApp.
What if I already reply to reviews myself?
Keep going. Kabsi drafts a reply for each new review, and you can edit or skip any of them.
Can I edit replies?
Yes. Tap Edit on WhatsApp or on the Kabsi website.
Does Kabsi message my customers?
No. Kabsi talks only to you, on WhatsApp. It gives you a review link and a QR card, and you send them.
Plans and cancelling
What does Kabsi cost?
Essentials is $19 a month and Pro is $39 a month. Both are free for 14 days, with no card.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Each extra location is $15 a month or $150 a year, on the same plan.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you do not, Kabsi stops publishing and you keep your review link and QR code.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from WhatsApp, any time.
Google and your data
Does Kabsi need my Google password?
No. You add Kabsi as a Manager on your Google profile. You stay the owner and can remove Kabsi any time.
Can Kabsi get me to the top of Google Maps?
No one can promise that. Kabsi shows where you show up, what changed, and what you can do next.
Is this safe with Google?
Kabsi uses Google's tools for managers and only acts after your yes. Kabsi is independent and not affiliated with Google.
Where does the ranking data come from?
Kabsi runs its own checks of public Google Maps and AI answers. They are separate from the numbers in your Google Business Profile.
