Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Recent iPhones and most Android phones read the NFC tag by holding the phone near the product. Any phone with a camera can use the printed QR code instead.

Do customers need an app?

No. Tap or scan opens your Google review page in the phone's normal browser. Nothing to install.

What happens when someone taps?

Their phone opens the destination link you chose, which is normally your Google review page. From there they write their own feedback, exactly as they would if they searched for you.

Yes. Every Kabsi product carries a printed QR code as well as the NFC tag, so older phones and cautious customers are covered.

Can I use it on a table?

Yes. The KABSI STAND is made for tables, counters and reception desks. The KABSI STICK is for windows, doors and flat counters.

Can I change the destination later?

With PRO, yes. The destination link is editable, so you can point the same product somewhere else without replacing it.

Does Kabsi guarantee more reviews or a higher Google ranking?

No. We cannot and do not promise reviews, ratings or rankings. Kabsi removes steps between a happy customer and your review page, and gives you tracking so you can see the activity instead of guessing.

Do you filter or select which customers leave reviews?

No. Everyone gets the same link, and customers write whatever they want. We do not gate, filter or incentivise feedback.

No. Kabsi is an independent Lebanese product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google. Google is simply where your reviews live.
